Two patients airlifted after ute rollover

The RACQ CareFlight rescue helicopter was tasked to Cecil Plains Sunday afternoon to airlift two teenage patients after their ute rolled on a dirt road.

The teenage driver suffered head injuries in the accident and is in a stable condition. The passenger suffered chest and hip injuries and is in a serious but stable condition.

Both patients were airlifted to Toowoomba Base Hospital for further treatment.
