20 November 2013
RACQ CareFlight Rescue is about to airlift a man in his 20s with multiple injuries after coming off his dirt bike on a Kingaroy property this afternoon.
The rider successfully completed a very large jump but lost control of the bike after the landing and crashed into a nearby boulder.
His left side sustained the most injury on impact.
Queensland Ambulance Service treated the man on scene and then transported him to Kingaroy Hospital.
The Sunshine Coast RACQ CareFlight Rescue crew is preparing to airlift him to the Royal Brisbane Hospital for further treatment.
