CareFlight fairs well at Antiques Fair

Collectors and dealers will fill the USQ Clive Berghoffer Recreation Centre on Baker Street this Friday (12th) from 4pm to 8pm and Saturday (13th) 8am to 2pm for the long running Toowoomba Antique Collectable Fair.

Visitors to the fair will step back in history as they view, or purchase items ranging from old toys and old China to rare bottles, coins, cards, books and antique furniture.

Stall holders from many parts of Queensland will have some rare memorabilia items for sale to allow the public an opportunity to add to their collection, or start off in this fast growing hobby.

The free admission to children under 14 years will offer an opportunity to learn more about Australia’s early pioneering days, and for the parent to recognise many items from their childhood.

The event is open to the public from 4pm to 8pm Friday and Saturday 8am to 2pm.

Entry fee is $6 for adults, children under 14 years is free, the Fair benefits the RACQ CareFlight Rescue Service.
